Technical requirements
What are the minimum technical requirements and settings for the computer hardware?
To find out minimum technical requirements for your computer, please check System Requirements or the User Guide listed in the main menu.
How can I know if I installed the program correctly?
Before starting your CBT courses you will see the message that everything is properly installed. For more detailed information, you can check the User Guide
Why my CBT works so slowly? What minimum internet speed is required?
The program speed depends on your computer hardware characteristics, to test them out, please check: The minimum hardware requirements. The speed depends on your internet provider and the number of the computers connected to that network. Check: Minimum requirements.
What operating systems (OS) applies for CBT version?
CBT works in all Windows OS series: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7. It is necessary to install Shockwave and Neuron player plug-ins. Installation wizard can be found in user manual.
CBT is also applicable for Mac OS versions: Mac OS 8, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X. “Skyebrowser” program and installation wizard for Mac OS and/or iPad can be found Link Link
CBT also works in Android OS platform. For a proper work it is necessary to use „Skyebrowser“ with Citrix plug-in. Unfortunatelly the Offline courses require a PC Computer and will not work on MAC's.
What browser is recommended for CBT?
We strongly recommend using Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) or later version. While using other browsers CBT may not work properly.
Is network computer (Netbook) proper for CBT usage?
Yes, it is. However your computer resolution should not be less than 1024 x 768. At lower resolution, you are able to see a full window only using horizontal and vertical sliders. Unfortunatelly the Offline courses require a PC Computer and will not work on MAC's.

How do I connect to the CBT program?
To connect to the CBT program you have to enter your login details on the website login space. For more details, please check the User Guide.
How to use my CBT?
CBT program is controlled by main your computer buttons. The process will be provided after launching your training programs. For more details, you may always check the User Guide.
How long the assigned CBT login is valid?
CBT login is valid for 90 days after your personal code was generated.
