We offer Type Rating Training course for Mi-8 family helicopters:
- Mi-8;
- Mi-17;
- Mi-171;
- Mi-172.
Helicopter Мi - 8/17/171/172 Type Rating Training Course is intended to give a participant the necessary knowledge and skills to master the helicopter, with the successful outcome of a procedure or manoeuvre never in doubt, and to meet or exceed the appropriate requirements/standards.
Entry requirements:
- 70 hours as pilot-in-command of helicopters;
- Valid ME, IR (multi-engine, instrument rating);
- Valid PPL(H), CPL(H) or ATPL(H);
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate;
- MCC certificate of completion or experience of multi-crew helicopters;
- English level 4 according to ICAO requirements.
Helicopter Мi - 8/17/171/172 Training Course Content
Ground Training:
- Aircraft Systems;
- Mock-up of the flight deck (CPT);
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
- Mass & Balance, Limitations, Flight Operation.
Ground Training duration: 15 days.
Ground Training location: Vilnius (Lithuania) or the client's preferred location.
Flight Training:
- Full Flight Simulator – 8 sessions, 32 hrs;
- Crew examination in Full Flight Simulator – 4 hrs.
Ground Training duration: 9 days.
Instructor:
- Official Training language: English;
- Consultations available in Lithuanian and Russian.
Full Flight Simulator location:
- Ukraine;
- Lithuania.
