Upgrading To Captain Course
Upgrading to Captain Course is designed to assess the skills of the candidates and to provide them with the knowledge for the first officer responsibilities at conducting the flights.
The program covers the following key areas:
- First Officer Responsibilities and Crew Resource Management is designed to focus your mind firmly on different operational environment of a 2-pilot, multi-engine commercial flight deck;
- Commercial Appreciation: introduction to the airline economics, business analysis including the relationship between the flight deck crews and other key staff including cabin crews, flight dispatchers, and even senior management;
- Communication skills – briefings to the crew members, formal presentations on flying and commercially related topics, radio communication skills for flying in the intense European air traffic environment.
