Brazil National Civil Aviation Agency approves Baltic Aviation Academy’s TRTO
Baltic Aviation Academy (BAA), strongly client focused aviation training centre in Europe, has gained an approval by the Brazil National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) to train Brazilian pilots.
According to the received authorization certificate for its Type Rating Training Organization issued by ANAC, Baltic Aviation Academy has satisfied the requirements for validation of such certificate and training specifications set by the Brazil National Civil Aviation Agency. The current approval enables Baltic Aviation Academy to deliver Boeing B737 type rating training as well as recurrent training for Brazilian pilots.
In addition to this training the received certificate also allows Baltic Aviation Academy to offer a full range of other programmes for country‘s qualified and experienced pilots and instructors.
‘Such recognition by Brazil National Civil Aviation Agency allows Baltic Aviation Academy to enter Brazilian aviation industry. We strongly believe that it proves credibility of our training centre in developing future aviation personnel in this rapidly growing region’, commented Egle Vaitkeviciute, CEO at Baltic Aviation Academy.
According to the Boeing Current Market Outlook 2012 – 2031 the installed fleet in Latin America region is expected to grow 5.1 percent annually to comprise 3,450 airplanes, including 2,510 new deliveries. It is expected that such growth of aviation fleet will require up to 42 000 new pilots.
Next to Brazil National Civil Aviation Agency authority approval, training course completion certificates issued by Baltic Aviation Academy are valid in the European Union, Israel, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, Belarus and Afghanistan.
