The staff of the Baltic Aviation Academy consists of the administrative workers, as well as, of lecturers and instructors, that are hired for training works.
Baltic Aviation Academy creates opportunities for professional and loyal lecturers and instructors to combine administrative work and training. According to the individual agreements and taken obligations, the Academy is ready to invest in your qualification development in order to become an instructor or lecturer.
