Initial pilot trainings have been already started in Baltic Aviation Academy
FTO license to BAA was issued in November 2009. After the very intensive year of preparation and efforts, company can proudly present its first groups of pilots-to-be students. In September 2010 Baltic Aviation Academy had opened the doors for the first initial training pilot groups.
Commercial pilot training program attendants have already started ground training and will be ready for the CAA examination in December of 2010. They will be able to start their flight training in May, already. Flight training will takes place in two different aerodromes in Lithuania. BAA operates Cessnas 172/150 and Piper Seneca for a flight practice.
Private financed training course opens a great opportunity in a fast and independent way to seek the profession not only for the Lithuanians. Students from neighboring countries joined the group as well. Friendly and client oriented crevice, convenient location, multi language speaking instructors enable students to reach the best results.
This autumn private pilot (PPL) training course has started as well. Students after short introductory ground training have been already starting their first flights with Cessna 150. Baltic Aviation Academy strengthens all possible efforts into finding solutions for the student possible employment after the Commercial pilot license will be issued.
When the world airlines are meeting the lack of highly qualified professionals the candidate selection process plays more and more important role in pilot training business. The growing market situation dictates that is not enough to train the students for the “right” flights. The aircraft operating role is much more complicated and should be integrated into the initial pilot training process as much as possible. Baltic Aviation Academy is concentrating on the implementations of the improvement and adjustment into the training programs according to the airline needs.
